Baitul Futuh Mosque is the Western Europe’s largest place of Islamic worship for the members of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. This is originally known as Fazal Mosque or London Mosque.

Ahmadiyya Muslim Community acquired the present site in 1996. It was previously a “Express Dairies”. The fourth Khalifa late Hadhrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad laid the foundation stone on 19th October 1999. At present the new mosque can house ten thousand worshippers. Ahmadiyya Community built their first Mosque in Southfields, London in 1924.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is a religious organization with the branches in over 174 countries. At present, its total membership exceeds 200 million worldwide. The Ahmadiyya Movement was established in 1889 by Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (1835-1908) in a small and remote village, Qadian, in the Punjab, India. He claimed to be the expected reformer ‘The Mahdi and Messiah”.
The present Head of the Movement, Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, was elected in 2003. His official title is Khalifatul Massih V. He is the Great Grandson of The Promised Messiah a.s., Grandson of Hadhrat Mirza Sharif Ahmad r.a, and maternal grandson of Hadhrat Khalifatul Masih II r.a.
