Walking London: Starting Point – Hyde Park Corner/Marble Arch (Buckingham Palace) And Ending at Westminster Abbey/Parliament Square. Distance 3.0-3.5 Miles

Buckingham Palace, Queens Guard Changes, Clarence House, St. James Palace, Hyde Park, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, Parliament House, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Tate Modern, Tower of London, Tower Bridge and surrounding attractions

Morning: Buckingham Palace & Surrounding

Hyde Park– The Serpentine Lake (inside Hyde Park), The Princess Diana Memorial Fountain (inside Hyde Park), Speaker’s Corner(inside Hyde Park), Wellington Arch, Constitution Hill, Buckingham Palace, Queens Life Guard Changes (Arrived by 11.15- check the  website for exact time).

Then choose taking any following route to reach at Trafalgar Square.

Walk along the Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly Street, China Town, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square. You will pass all the world famous Brand Shops and also you will have a chance to look around China Town where you may take some food.

Or, Walk using The Mall road to arrive at Trafalgar Square. You will see Lancaster House, Clarence House, St. James Palace. You will also pass St. James Park & Lake on the right. You can use Pall Mall Road also.

Afternoon: Trafalgar Square & Surrounding

Trafalgar Square, Admiralty Arch, Nelson Column, National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, St. Martins in the Field

Start walk again to reach at South Bank (The other side of the River Thames). Use Northumberland Avenue to Victoria Embankment. You will see here River Thames, Cross the river using Hungerford Foot Bridge and reach at South Bank side.

Late Afternoon: London Eye, Parliament House & Surrounding

Then you need to think about your strength. If you are capable chose option A otherwise option B to reach at Parliament Square

A- Take left turn, walk please. You can see Hayward Gallery, Waterloo Bridge, Blackfriars Bridge, Shakespeare’s Theatre Globe, Tate Modern (Not to be missed, if it’s not possible today come back later), Southwark Bridge. Now return back to the starting point (A)

B- Take right turn. You will find Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre, London Eye and Sealife London Aquarium.

You can see Big ben from here. Using Westminster Bridge, come nearer to the Big ben (renamed as Queen Elizabeth Tower) and visit Parliament House, Parliament Square, Churchill War Rooms, Westminster Abbey.
